The workout tracking is accurate enough that I have stopped wearing a chest strap. Routes, heart rate and recovery all line up with what I used to record separately.

Sleep tracking finally tells me something useful and the display never goes dark when I glance at it. Battery is the compromise: it is a nightly charge, every night.

Light enough that I forget I am wearing it, including overnight. Fast charging covers a shower and that is enough to get through the day.
