Arrived fully assembled and wrapped like a present. The rust is a warm burnt orange, nothing like the brick red I was worried about. It sits upright enough for my back without feeling stiff.

We picked a morning window at checkout and got a text the evening before narrowing it to 2 hours. The crew came on time, carried the sofa up 2 flights, and took every bit of packaging away.

Our first dinner with friends, and nobody bumped a knee: the cross base leaves every seat free, as promised. The walnut looks amazing by candlelight.

Gives the warm, even glow the photos promise. The marble base is heavy enough that the cat cannot knock it over, which is a first in this house.

We spent an hour in the Riverton showroom sitting on every sofa twice. Nobody hovered, and when we asked, they sent us home with fabric and wood samples to try against our walls.

The zip-off covers sold it to me, since we have a toddler. They went to the dry cleaner after a juice incident and came back like new.

The shell holds you like a hug, so it is great for reading. It sits low at 40 cm, which my parents find hard to get out of.

Booked white glove for a bed and a wardrobe. 2 people built both in under 2 hours, checked every drawer and door, and left the room tidier than they found it.

The centerpiece of our living room. The curve turns a film night into a proper gathering, and the moss velvet glows in lamplight.

It has stood beside our shower for 8 months and the teak looks better than the day it came. It slotted together in 2 minutes, no tools.

A table leg arrived with a scratch. I sent one photo, and a new leg was at my door 4 days later, with a tin of wood oil I never asked for.

The washed denim gets softer with every wash, and the covers really do go in the machine. It looks like a sofa we have had for years, in the best way.

The chairs were too tall for our table, so we sent them back. Collected from our door within the week, no questions asked. The refund took 5 working days to arrive.
